Founded in 2011 by Jon Hillgren, Hern was the first ever gin distillery in Sweden. Hillgrens passion for the juniper predominant spirit took him all around the world in search of knowledge and inspiration, and finally culminated with him setting up a distillery in the small village of Dala, just outside Hrnsand in the High Coast of Sweden. Since then, Hern has gone on to become one of the most
