Fidencio Mezcal is produced at the distiller palenque Fabrica de Amigo del Mezcal. The brand's namesake, Fidencio Jimnez, began his mezcal making journey over a century ago when he relocated to Santiago Matatln, Oaxaca. There, he immersed himself in the life of a Mezcalero, acquiring knowledge through trial and error and learning from his peers.
