Dark Emu - Dark Lager with Native Grass Seed snakebite Whether you're a dedicated beerDark Emu is a Dark Lager brewed with mamadyang ngalluk (dancing grass) and burru ngalluk (kangaroo grass) seed harvested by Yuin people on the banks of the Wallagaraugh River in Far East Gippsland. Grain led with notes of sweet biscuit, toasted nuts and fragrant coffee, balanced by earthy depth and a gentle drying bitterness. Artwork by Terry Hayes.
