2.2.3 Disease data collection Six disease severity grades were applied to this study according to the disease grading standard GB/T23222-2008, namely, healthy leaf (no symptoms on the whole plant), grade 1 (Zero to one-quarter of the leaf is mosaic), grade 3 (one quarter to one-third of the leaf is mosaic), grade 5 (one third to a half of the leaf is mosaic, slight deformation or slightly darken vein), grade 7 (a half to two-thirds of the leaf is mosaic, deformation or vein necrosis), and grade 9 (two thirds to the whole leaf is mosaic, severe deformation or severe vein necrosis) ( Figure 1B )
