It was finished in Pedro Ximenez and Oloroso sherry casks produced tempting aromas of fruit cake, sticky toffee and apple which follow on the palate, leaving a mellow finish of sweet oak spice. It was bottled without chill filtration or artificial colouring by Murray McDavid for their Cask Craft Collection.
