This one is tiny - it is really too small for the mannequin - I cheated the tie at the waist - on a girl this fits properly it would not be quite as open down the front (but close)

The skirt is a take on the classic wrapped and pleated school girl and is also made of a fine challis

It is so unusual for the time period with its use of a lurex thread knit fabric in this shaped and length. The fabric is amazing super light weight knit with silver threading worked through the black base to give it a metallic glint from shoulder to hem.
