経糸にウール、緯糸にリネンを配した生地を使用。生地全体にワッシャーを強くかけることにより、ナチュラルな風合いに仕上げた。

「シルクノイル」を使用したツイル生地を使用。「シルクノイル」とはまゆから生糸をとった残りのわたをつむいだ糸のことで、ネップ感と柔らかな風合いが特徴。

1940年代のAmerican Red Crossの手編みのマフラーがベース。

オリジナルのウエスト・ポイント生地に天然染料のLOGWOOD GRAY と奄美大島の泥染染めを施した。
