The dress has some stretch and I have given the comfortable range of measurements while it is lying flat

The top is unlined and the skirt is lined in a silk chiffon

It is made from hand dyed jet black ostrich feathers that are set onto the base fabric in a way that is almost like they have created a bias cut fabric out of the feathers
