The structure sits within a purpose designed Edwardian pavilion plan sanatorium complex on Kings Tableland, Wentworth Falls, designed by architect George Sydney Jones between 1902 and 1921. The facility operated for 96 years before closing in May 1999. Part of the Queen Victoria Sanitorium series.
