Measurements below taken laid flat, so please double where applicable. I beleive this dress is hand made. It appears that the bottom may have been hemmed shorter at a later time. The inner lining layer is prone to being wrinkly but is thin and doesnt impact wear or appearance. Zipper fully functional. One small stain barely discernable with this busy pattern (last pic).
