Probably from the small shoe factory of Jesse Thompson, from the English town of Bingley. Sample boots were made for traveling merchants so they could present the latest shoe fashions to their clientele, often in the countryside. These boots are made of leather; they are closed with 16 buttons each. Length Sole: ~ 17 cm Height: ~ 22 cm
