DAK Western Damascus Chef NOW IN A SUPER SIZECheck out this fresh Midwest baddie, a true heater! 600 layers of proprietary forged 1084 & 15n20 high carbon steels, with an edge of 242mm. A great length to handle just about anything you'd throw at it, with a height to match (61mm heel to spine), making it a great all 'rounder. The "brutalist" integrated bolster is shape forged, which at a glance looks maybe a little uninviting, but is actually super smooth and fits the pinch grip like a dream.
