A midpalate of chalk, tilleul, and subtle exotic spicemirrors the cuves slow pressing and cool fermentation, giving both clarity and depth. The texture is silky, concentrated, and quietly powerful, with biodynamic farming and minimal sulfur preserving purity and lift.
