Raised copper metal is used on the horizon line to make it look like the original

I knew when I did the acid over the aluminum leaf it would eat away some of the metal so I painted it the background black and it comes through in spots reminiscent of an antique mirror

Thinned acrylic paints allow the map below to show through the paint

This is a standard sized print so it's easy to find a frame that will compliment the art and your decor

It really seems to capture the feel of certain areas in Minnesota
