measuring in at 8 3/4" long they are just the right size for the screw on handles

I shape the blades to give them the shape of an almond so that the blades don't want to drag on the inside of the vessel wall. It's just a little detail I have picked up along the way of making jacks. If you were to ask me what my dream pair of goblet jacks would be like, this is it!
