A lightly peated expression matured in a combination of Bourbon, Oloroso and Pedro Ximenez casks, Scott then chose premium ex grande champagne cognac casks to finish the whisky. Nose: Warming & Rich. Gentle Peat Smoke accompanied by Sweet Candied Hints of Grape & Apricot. Palate: Juicy yellow Fruit leading to Sweet, floral Peat. Remains juicy and lively with a light biscuity undertone.
